Privacy Policy

1. Who this is about

This policy covers the Prime Researcher website and the account behind it. Write to us at info@vision-hope.ai about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold.

2. What we collect

When you create an account

You sign in with Google. Google gives us your email address, your display name and your profile picture — nothing more. We never see or receive your Google password.

While you use the tool

• Word counts. How many words you have processed in the current period, per mode. This is how a plan’s allowance is enforced; it is a number, not your text.
• Your plan and its dates. Which plan is active, when it started, and when it ends.
• Order records. For each purchase: the plan, the amount, the currency, the date, and the reference returned by our payment provider.
• An invite code. If you use the referral feature, we store your code and the number of points you have earned.
• Error diagnostics. When something fails we record what failed, when, the account it happened to, and the technical message. This is visible only to the site administrator, and exists so faults can be fixed.

Your text

By default, text you submit is processed and not stored. There is one exception, and it is a feature you can see:

• History. On plans where it is enabled, results from the text box are saved so you can find them again. Each entry is kept for at most 30 days and then expires on its own. We keep at most 50 entries per account, oldest dropped first, and each stored text is truncated. The file is private to your account; no other user can read it.
• Uploaded Word and LaTeX documents are never stored. They are parsed in memory, processed, returned to you, and dropped. Nothing about them enters your history.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. What we set is:

• A session cookie, so you stay signed in.
• Preference cookies that remember your language, light or dark theme, which mode you had open, your text alignment and your rewrite style. They are cookies rather than browser storage for one reason: the server has to know them to render the page you chose on the very first frame, instead of showing you the wrong one and correcting it a moment later.

3. What we never collect

• Card numbers. Payment details are entered on our payment provider’s own page. They never pass through our servers and we never see them.
• Passwords — sign-in is handled entirely by Google.
• Your location, your contacts, or anything else from your device beyond the page you are on.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each for one job, and each receives only what that job needs:

• Hosting — serves the website itself.
• Database, authentication and file storage — holds your account and the records above. This data is stored in Sydney, Australia.
• Sign-in — Google, when you choose to sign in.
• Payments — a payment gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq handles the transaction and settles in Iraqi dinars.
• Language processing — third-party providers of AI language models and related language services receive the text you submit, solely to produce your result. They do not train on it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We will name our current providers on request — write to info@vision-hope.ai.

5. How long we keep it

• History entries: 30 days at most, then automatically gone.
• Account, plan and usage records: for as long as the account exists.
• Order records: kept after an account closes, because purchase records have to be retained for accounting.
• Error diagnostics: kept only as long as they are useful for fixing the fault.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your account and the data attached to it, apart from the order records we are required to keep;
• send you a copy of your data.

7. Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Your history and account files live in a private bucket that is never publicly readable, and every request re-checks that the account asking is the account that owns the file. No system is perfect; if something ever went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you.

8. Children

This service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that materially affects what we do with your data will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
