Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Prime Researcher. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Nothing here renews itself. We hold no card on file and we never charge you again without you starting a new purchase. A plan runs for the period you bought and then stops.
1. What the service does
Prime Researcher is a set of writing tools for academic text: a grammar checker, an AI detector, and an AI humanizer. It works on text you paste in, and on whole Word and LaTeX documents where your plan allows it. The output is generated automatically; it is a draft, not a guarantee.
2. Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in. One account per person.
- Do not share your account. A word allowance belongs to an account, not to a group.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at info@vision-hope.ai if you believe someone else has access to it.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, and we will say why.
3. Plans and word allowances
- The free trial is one allowance, not a monthly one. It is granted once per account and does not refill.
- Each mode has its own allowance. Words spent in the humanizer do not come out of the grammar checker’s allowance, or the detector’s.
- A paid period runs from the moment it is activated — a month from that moment, or twelve months on the annual cycle — and all three allowances reset when it starts.
- Unused words do not roll over into the next period.
- When a plan ends it stops. Access returns to the free level until you buy another period. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Whether you can upload Word or LaTeX documents depends on the plan, and each plan says so on the plans page.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are set in US dollars and shown that way on the plans page.
- Payment is settled in Iraqi dinars. The checkout page shows both the dinar total and the dollar price it was converted from, together with the rate used, so you can see the arithmetic before you pay.
- Card details never reach us. They are entered on the payment provider’s own page.
- Your plan activates as soon as the payment clears, without waiting for anyone to approve it.
- A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
If the service did not do what the plans page said it would, write to info@vision-hope.ai and we will look at it and refund where that is fair. We consider how much of the allowance has already been used. Refunds are returned through the same payment method used to buy.
6. Invitations
If you invite someone with your link and they sign up, you earn points. Points are awarded for genuine sign-ups only: accounts created to farm points — duplicates, throwaway addresses, or an inviter signing up as their own guest — earn nothing, and doing it repeatedly can cost you the account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Prime Researcher to:
- process content that is illegal where you are, or that you have no right to use;
- produce material that harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person or organisation;
- attack the service — automated scraping, working around word allowances, probing for weaknesses, or reselling access;
- upload anything containing malware, or anything designed to break the document parser.
Your institution’s rules are yours to know. Universities, journals and employers each set their own policy on AI assistance in writing. We do not know which apply to you, and using this tool is not a defence against them. Check before you submit work.
8. Your text stays yours
You keep every right you had in the text you submit, and in the output you get back. We claim no ownership of either, and we do not use your text to train models. We process it only to give you your result — see the Privacy Policy.
9. What we do not promise
- The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, original, publishable, or accepted by any particular reader, checker, or institution.
- We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance happens, and providers we depend on can fail.
- Keep your own copy. History is a convenience with a 30-day life, not a backup service.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost marks, lost work, lost time, lost opportunity, or consequences of a decision made by a third party about your writing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 7, and we will tell you why. If we close an account for a reason that is not the account holder’s doing, we refund the unused part of a paid period.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a material change is announced in the app before it takes effect. A period you have already paid for is governed by the terms in force when you bought it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and disputes belong to the courts of Baghdad. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
